Salted Egg Chicken and Rice

This Malaysian stew is a must-have for curry lovers. Our take on Curry Mee includes chicken, shrimp, and fish for maximum protein. Full of flavor, it’s also infused with ginger and lemongrass, as well as coconut and hints of cinnamon bark.
